I spent the 4th of July with my family on the beach at the New Jersey Shore (down the 'shore) as I have done since I was child. This time I had the added pleasure of bringing my children and, of course, practicing yoga. The shots here include a small class I held on the beach and some shots my husband took of me and my cousin Nina practicing in a bird sanctuary.
