RE-Introducing the Sun Salutation – a sequence of poses that are said to be over 2500 years old and form the basis of virtually every yoga practice and can be seen inside a variety of martial arts practices as well. These poses are easily adapted to accommodate everyone from the most fit to the elderly and the physically challenged.
