I am very happy to report, that on June 18th, I was furtunate enough to be invited back to introduce Robin and her viewers to the Sun Salutation and promote the open Sun Salutation class on June 21st at Cain park. I had the time of my life even though I nearly became the first person to knock herself out with her own microphone on live TV.
